What to watch on TV tonight: Saturday

Here are the shows that’ll be on your Twitter timeline later.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Saturday Night Show (RTÉ One, 9.40pm)

Tonight, Brendan will be joined by George Hook who will be discussing his “reconversion” to Catholicism as well as his decision to hand up his punditry jacket. Additionally, Dr. Ciara Kelly will be chatting about Ireland’s relationship with alcohol. Ought to get people talking. #satnightshow

The Jonathan Ross Show (UTV Ireland, 9.20pm)

Tonight, Wossy chats with Felicity Jones, Andrew Flintoff, Kevin Hart and Stephen Fry. This will be Fry’s first interview since he got married so expect some chatter about that, as well as that God interview.

Broken (BBC Two, 9.50pm)

Written by Irish playwright Mark O’Rowe (Howie The Rookie, Our Few and Evil Days), Broken is a gritty coming-of-age tale that may not be for the faint of heart. Stars Tim Roth and our own Cillian Murphy.

Everyone’s talking about… Celebrity Big Brother

The turbulent season ended last night with Katie Price announced as the winner. The model beat controversial-for-the-sake-of-it Katie Hopkins to the title.

She seemed delighted anyway.
